Edit the OEM Profile

  1. Click Edit on the bottom, right of the Profile page.
  2. Edit the fields on this page as follows:

NOTE

OEM ID and OEM Secret are provided by Ayla and cannot be changed by the OEM.
  • Company Name: Enter the name of the company working with the devices.
  • Contact Name: Enter the full name of the individual who Ayla Networks should contact regarding this OEM Profile.
  • Contact Email: Enter the phone number of the main contact for this OEM Profile
  • Company Address: Enter the mailing address of the main contact for this OEM Profile.
  • Domains: Enter the URL of the main server(s) where the devices are managed. You may enter multiple URLs by clicking the Plus icon, and delete URLs by clicking the Trash Can icon.
  • Phone as a Gateway: click the check box to enable this functionality.
  • HomeKit Licensee: click the checkbox if you have a license for this functionality.
  1. Click UPDATE to save changes, or click CANCEL if you do not want to save the changes. When you click UPDATE, “This item has been updated successfully.” displays to confirm that changes are saved.
